FarrMont Realty Group, Inc., AMO®, an Accredited Management Organization, was formed in 1994, with the purpose of offering an array of custom and quality leasing and management services to owners of income producing real estate.
FarrMont was conceived to serve clients who required a higher standard of services than that commonly offered by most management companies. FarrMont's belief that a higher standard of service would be well appreciated and readily accepted by property owners has proven to be true because of it continuing growth and expansion.
FarrMont has susequently expanded its client base to include homeowner associations and office condominium associations. FarrMont also provides project development management services, including built-to-suits, consulting and design review services for owners.
The strength of our organization lies in the design of our management team for each property under consideration. Our management team approach assures you that, whether it be a commercial property, a homeowner association or a development, the best possible knowledge and ability will be brought to bear during the management process. At other firms a client may not know who will be assigned or what to expect in the way of assistance or experience. We employ well-seasoned, knowledgeable professionals to do each job. We will assemble a management team for each property that will enhance the profitability of the property, as well as meet the goals of the ownership and/or the board of directors.
