Accounting Supervisor
Ms. Schreiner has been involved with property management accounting since 1988. She has served as Accounting Supervisor for many well know local property management companies. She has above average knowledge of nearly every nationally known software package on the market. She has worked with Skyline, MRI, CenterSoft, Yardi and many other recognizable software packages. She is responsible for all accounting functions, which includes new construction and existing properties. She has been responsible for real estate portfolios consisting of more then 150 properties and homeowners assocations as large as 5,000 homes. Her experience includes office, retail, apartments, industrial and homeowner association accounting. |
